Using an Appetite Suppressant

I was never the type that did that well at sticking to a diet plan. They usually only lasted for about a week and then I would give up. My biggest problem was finding the time. It’s just so convienient to eat fast food. Even places that supposibly had healthy food never really had low calorie foods. Another problem that I had was that I didn’t have time for working out either. It wasn’t until I became obese that I realized I had to do something about my weight. It was then that I decided to try what is called a simple plan.

Following A Simple Plan

A simple plan involves working out just three days a week for 15 minutes each day. It also involves leaving the last few bites of what I would usually eat on the plate or just dishing a smaller portion. The third part involved a dietary supplement to help suppress my appetite and increase calorie burning. Through this plan over the last three months I was able to drop 15lbs. I still have about 25lbs to go but I have done better than I have ever done before. I find that if I plan on just taking 15 minutes to work out three times a week that I end up spending a little more time working out once I get going. Most of the time I just exercise at home to save driving time. I have also found that the appetite suppressant helps me to not eat as much as I uaually would.

Choosing The Right Appetite Suppressant

I have tried a few different appetite suppressants over the last few months and I have found that you should look for specific ingredients that have been proven to work in scientific studies. There are several appetite suppressants to choose from and several of them don’t work but if you look for one that contains a few specific ingredients it should help.

Appetite suppressants can work in a couple of different ways. One way is to give you a supplement that will expand in your stomach. This will give you the feeling of being full so that you don’t feel like eating. Another way that appetite suppressants work is by tricking the brain into thinking that they are full and don’t need anything else to eat. Both ways can help people lose some weight by suppressing those tough times when all you want to do is eat.

To find a diet pill that will help you the most with decreasing appetite you need to find out what ingredients work best for causing satiety. Below is a list of some of the best ingredients that help reduce hunger and binge eating.

Super Citrimax®- Not only does Super CitriMax® curb appetite, burn fat and result in significant weight loss without side effects, it also promotes healthy blood lipid levels and reduces your Body Mass Index, the indicator of your healthy body weight. Super CitriMax® has been shown to increase levels of serum serotonin, a neurotransmitter involved in mood, sleep and appetite control, which may help address many of the emotional issues overweight people face, including binge-eating and depression.

Glucomannan-Glucomannan has been found in a study to possibly help reduce overall weight. Results showed a significant mean weight loss of 5.5lbs. The study also found that serum cholesterol levels were significantly reduced. On top of this Glucomannan reduces hunger and cravings between meals.

Ginger Root- Recognized for its medicinal purposes and overall health benefits for thousands of years, Ginger has helped protect the gastric system by increasing the pH of stomach acid, reducing its acidity and increasing digestive enzyme activity. Ginger has also been known to suppress appetite and regulate metabolism, which accelerates the fat burning process.

Vitamin B12- Is essential for maintaining good health. It plays a key role in the normal functioning of the brain and nervous system. It also increases serotonin levels, reducing appetite.

Chromax- Chromax has perfected chromium picolinate for dieting. Chromium is a trace mineral that is essential to the body’s production of insulin. It enhances insulin’s effect in the body, improves glucose uptake, and helps maintain blood sugar levels. Chromx has also been known for reducing appetite and cravings.

Phenylethylamine- PEA is a substance that is related to our own catecholamine neurotransmitters and their amino acid precursors, tyrosine and phenylalanine. PEA has arousal properties similar to catecholamines and may be one of the pleasure substances in the brain. PEA has been called the “Love Drug”. It is extracted from chocolate and is responsible for what chocaholics call “Chocolate High”. PEA has also been known to help suppress appetite by interacting with chemicals in the brain.
